Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read our refund conditions carefully before making a payment.

1. Refund Eligibility

Digital and consultation services are generally non-refundable once the service process has started or the application has been filed with government portals.

2. Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment occurs due to technical gateway issues, the extra amount will be refunded in full.

3. Service Cancellation

Cancellation requests are only accepted if the processing of the specific digital service has not yet commenced. Partner/Franchise onboarding fees are strictly non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source within 7-10 business days.
