Refund & Cancellation Policy

We at ExpertEcom believe in maintaining transparent and ethical business practices. Please read our policy carefully before making any payments.

1. Registration & Franchise Fees

All payments made towards Working Partner Registration Fees, Franchise Booking Fees, and Franchise Final KYC Fees are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE under any circumstances. These fees cover the cost of digital portal setup, server allocation, and initial identity verifications.

2. Service Request Payments

For B2B services like GST Registration, ITR Filing, Website Development, etc., once the payment is made and the backend processing has been initiated by our team, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained.

Exception: A 100% refund will be issued ONLY if ExpertEcom is entirely unable to process or deliver the service due to internal technical issues. In such rare cases, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

3. Failed or Double Transactions

If money is debited from your bank account but the status shows as "Failed" or "Unpaid" on our portal, or if you accidentally made a duplicate payment, the payment gateway will automatically process the refund. The amount will reflect back in your original account within 3 to 5 business days.

4. Free Leads

Services labeled as "Free Leads" (e.g., Loans, Credit Cards, Bank Accounts) require no payment from the client. No refund scenarios apply to these entries. Commissions for leads are paid out only upon successful approval by the respective Bank/NBFC.
