1. Partnership Agreements

Registering as a Working Partner or Area Franchise does not make you an employee of the company. You act as an independent contractor or authorized channel partner. Your earnings are strictly commission-based depending on the sales and leads generated by you.

2. Pincode Monopoly Rules

Franchise Area Monopoly is granted solely based on successful payment of the Booking Fee and subsequent KYC Verification. The company reserves the right to revoke franchise rights if the partner is found engaging in fraudulent activities, misguiding clients, or failing to pay the final KYC setup fees within the stipulated time.

3. Service Delivery & Liability

While we strive to process Legal and Financial services (GST, ITR, Loans) as quickly as possible, approval is ultimately subject to Government departments and respective Banks. We are not liable for rejections due to insufficient or incorrect documents provided by the user/client.

4. Withdrawals & Taxes

All payouts and wallet withdrawals requested by the partners are subject to mandatory Government Tax Deductions (TDS) and standard administrative processing charges. Minimum withdrawal limits are set by the platform and may change with prior notice.

5. Misuse of ID Card

The Virtual I-Card or Authorized Certificate provided by ExpertEcom is strictly for business identification purposes. Any misuse, alteration, or misrepresentation using these assets will lead to immediate permanent ban and potential legal action.
